What we do
We accept appointments as independent non-executive directors and as directors of corporate trustees, providing experienced, conflict-aware governance where independence and careful stewardship matter most. Our engagements typically arise where a company, fund or special purpose vehicle needs a director who can act decisively, document their decisions, and discharge fiduciary and statutory duties on their own judgement.
- Independent non-executive and sole directorships
- Directorships of corporate trustees and responsible-entity-adjacent vehicles
- Governance of special purpose and project vehicles (property, funds and structured investments)
- Stewardship of entities in financial distress, work-out or transition
- Asset preservation, recovery oversight and orderly realisation
- Conflict identification and contemporaneous decision documentation
How we work
Every appointment begins with an independence and conflicts assessment, and a clear written record of the duties owed and to whom. We take and document external legal, tax and solvency advice on material decisions, and we keep a contemporaneous register of any conflicts or related-party considerations as a matter of course. Our role is to act in the interests of the company and the beneficiaries to whom duties are owed, on properly informed and recorded judgement.
